Art/ist Atelier Emily Hildebrand is an active professional art studio where I produce my artworks for my art career and teach small classes to students interested in deepening their art making skills. My students range from professionals that want to learn figurative drawing and painting to new comers who want to add creativity and art making in their lives. I welcome all levels from 12 years old through 100. This is a professional art making space geared towards adults and teens.
I am a classically trained professional Figurative artist with my Master`s Degree in Drawing and Painting from the New York Academy of Art in New York City. I have made and shown art professionally as well as taught art for the past 20 years in both America and in Europe. I work in oil paint, watercolor, and drawing media of many types (pencil, charcoal, pastel, etc), as well as hand cut printmaking and sculpture. I share my professional expertise in technique and vision as well as helping students build their own creative world. I teach small group classes out of my studio that facilitate a creative and open environment. I invite all levels of ability with an interest in developing artistically and creatively.
Classes offered:
*a wide variety of materials and techniques from drawing materials, to block printing, to Watercolor painting and Oil painting and sculpture are offered and available in all classes*
Thursday 10-12: Adult Art Group:

Friday 17-19: Jugendlich Kunst Group (youth and teens art group) / Vorkurs und Kunst Gymnasium Vorbereitung und Portfolio bauen,*** auch einfach Kunst für Kunstinteressierte und Spaß.
Rates:
Group lessons rate: CHF 1`690/Semester (26 lessons- 2 hrs/ lesson. Inclusive in the class fee is all of the drawing materials and paper and a wide variety of painting and printing materials. Students must bring some of their own Oil Painting materials individually as brushes, oil paints, and supports are personal in their choice and care. I will give a list of supplies for Oil (we use only Odorless mineral spirits NOT Turpentine). It is possible to break up the tuition payment in to 2,3, or 4 payments.
