Atelier School

About:
My aim as a teacher is to share my expertise in technique and vision as well as to help students build their own creative world. I teach small group classes out of my studio that facilitate a creative and open environment. To that end, I invite all levels of ability with an interest in developing artistically and creatively.

Classes offered:
Tuesday 10-12: Drawing and mixed media including painting (watercolor, gouache, and oil)
Thursday 10-12: Drawing and mixed media including painting (watercolor, gouache, and oil)
Friday 10-12: Oil Painting
Friday 17-16:30: Jugendlich Kunst (youth and teens art group)

Rates:
Group lessons rate: CHF 1`690/Semester = 26 lessons (adult classes are 2 hrs in length per lesson and youth classes are 1.5 hours in length per lesson).
Students may also sign up for a half semester (13 lessons). Inclusive in the class fee is all of the drawing materials and paper. Students must bring their own Oil Painting materials individually as brushes, oil paints, and supports are personal in their choice and care. I will give a list of supplies for Oil (we use only Odourless mineral spirits NOT Turpentine).

**A note on Schulferien (school holidays):
We follow the Schule Stäfa Ferien Plan and take holidays when they do. Students may enroll on a rolling basis and we start their semester of 26 classes with their first class. As in all group classes, the students are responsible for their own attendance, and they are invited to attend another of the running classes if they for some reason must miss a class. I cannot offer make up classes on an individual basis. When I must cancel a class, I will clearly offer a make-up class.
